If you are not satisfied for any reason, and notify us within seven days of receipt of your Lala Laptop bag, we will refund the purchase price less restocking fee and shipping costs. Please note that refunds will not be given for reasons of size, color, or weight of the bag as these details are specified on the website prior to ordering. International orders are also non-refundable.
